  • Delivery Radius: We currently offer delivery within a 8-mile radius of our restaurant located at 12399 Kinsman Rd, Newbury Township, OH 44065.

  • Delivery Charges: A delivery fee may apply, depending on the distance from our restaurant. The exact delivery charge will be calculated at checkout and added to your total order.

  • Delivery Times: Delivery times may vary based on location, traffic, and order volume. We do our best to deliver your order within the time frame provided, but delays may occur during peak hours or adverse weather conditions.

  • Delivery Hours: We deliver during the following hours: Monday to Thursday, 10:00 AM - 7:30 PM. & Friday to Saturday 10:00 AM - 8:30 PM Orders placed outside of delivery hours will be scheduled for the next available delivery time.

3. Pickup Options

If you prefer to pick up your order, we offer in-store pickup at our restaurant.

  • Pickup Location: All pickup orders can be picked up at 12399 Kinsman Rd, Newbury Township, OH 44065.

  • Pickup Time: You will receive an email or text when your order is ready for pickup. Typically, pickup orders are ready within [Insert Time Frame] minutes from the time of order confirmation, but this may vary based on order size and volume.

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is ready, we will send you a notification confirming that your food is ready for pickup. Please bring your order confirmation or provide the name on the order when you arrive to collect your food.

5. Delivery and Pickup Address

In the rare event that your delivery is significantly delayed, or there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately. Depending on the circumstances, we will either issue a partial or full refund for the delivery portion of your order or provide a replacement, if applicable.
